Pale yellow with silver highlights and a good density.
Bouquet
Intense and complex. Large and exuberant palate with fragrant notes, powerful structure and backbone.
Taste
Very elegant palate. The glyceric content forms a silky thread that creates harmony and balance between acids and minerals. Long and clean finish.
